Vietnam highlights 10 days

Day 01 : Arrival Hanoi (D)
Arrive at Noi Bai airport, welcomed by our local guide and transferred to hotel. Free to discover the charming and interesting Old Quarter of Hanoi. Welcome dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02 : Hanoi - Discover (B.L)
After breakfast at hotel. Visit today Vietnam’s capital, including Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, traditional stilt house, the revered One-Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple and walk along the shore of West Lake to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda. Lunch at local restaurant. Then, visit the Vietnam’s first university, the thousand year old Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son temple and enjoy a wonderful rickshaw in the Old Quarter of Hanoi to explore the very busy part of Hanoi. In the evening, you will take part in the water puppet show. Dinner on your own and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 03 : Hanoi – Ha Long - Overnight on the junk (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel. Depart to Ha Long bay that was recognized as Natural World Heritage by UNESCO in 1994 and is worldwide known for its unique landscape endowed by wind and water.
12h00 – 12h30 : Embark on the traditional wooden junk followed by a short cruise briefing.
13h00 – 15h30 : Savor a delectable lunch as cruises among the limestone islands.
15h30 – 16h30 : Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Bo Nau Cave area. Back to the junk
16h30 – 17h30 : Cruising to Soi Sim island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Soi Sim or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.
17h30 : Cruise back to the main boat for a shower. Relax or snap photos as the sun starts to set.
19h00 : Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.

Day 04 : Ha Long - Cooking demonstration - Hanoi - Hue (B.L) by flight
06h30 - 07h00 : Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt.
07h30 - 08h30 : Have breakfast at sunrise.
08h30 - 09h30 : Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave - the nicest cave in Halong Bay.
09h30 : Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
09h30 - 10h30 : Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more.
10h30 – 11h30 : While heading back to the habor, watch the cooking demonstration before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12h00 – 12h30 : Disembark and river picks you up and transfers directly to Noi Bai airport for the flight to Hue. Arrive in Hue, welcomed by local guide and transferred to hotel. Dinner on your own and overnight in Hue.

Day 05 : Hue - Discover (B.L)
After breakfast at hotel, and then transfer to pier to take a boat trip on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda and Khai Dinh Tombs. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Hue Imperial City and Tu Duc tombs founded between 1864-1867 by three thousands soldiers and workers where Vietnamese culture, philosophy, architecture all is hidden in presented. Free to visit Dong Ba market. Dinner on your own and overnight in Hue.

Day 06 : Hue - Da Nang - Hoi An (B.L)
After breakfast at hotel, depart for Hoi An by the well-known and stunning Mandarin Road. Stop on the top of the Ocean Cloud Pass for a panoramic view over Danang and the surrounding areas, take some pictures at Lang Co beach. Lunch at local restaurant. Visit the Cham Museum, then continue to Hoian that was recognized by UNESCO as being World Cultural Heritage in 1999. Hoian used to serve as an active port of trade with the Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese and Chinese people during the 17th and 18th centuries. Dinner on your own and overnight in Hoian.

Day 07 : Hoi An - Da Nang - Saigon (B.L) by flight
After breakfast at hotel. Visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese temple and the Tan Ky ancient house. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will take a cruise on boat on Thu Bon River to visit Ceramic and Carpenter Villages. Explore the life of the local people. Free walk in the small street of Hoian which is famous for its numerous tailor-made clothing shops. Transfer to Danang airport for the flight to Saigon. Arrive at Tan San Nhat airport, welcome by our local guide and transfer to hotel. Free to discover Saigon. Dinner on your own and overnight at hotel in Saigon.

Day 08 : Saigon - Cu Chi Tunnels - Saigon (B.L)
After breakfast at hotel, depart for Cu Chi Tunnels that consists of more than 200 km of underground tunnels. Back to Ho Chi Minh city. You will have lunch at local restaurant. Visit in China Town, locally known as Cho Lon, Thien Hau Temple, Historical Museum, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, which is in Romanesque art and French-style and a former Presidential Palace. You will have dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Saigon.

Day 09 : Saigon – My Tho - Cao Dai Temple - Saigon (B.L)
After breakfast at hotel, depart for My Tho Town in Tien Giang Province, one of 11 provinces in the Mekong Delta. Arrive at 11h00, take a boat trip on Mekong River to visit farmer's house and garden. You will have lunch on Phoenix Island. Visit bee-raising farm, coconut-candy enterprise. Back to My Tho pier and Bus picks up back to Ho Chi Minh City. Stop at Long An Town to visit a Cao Dai Temple, a strange religion in the South of Vietnam. You will have dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Saigon.

Day 10 : Saigon - Departure (B)
After breakfast at hotel, free to discover Saigon until transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
